Email the over 300 agents within

home before it is entered into the regional
MLS system so they may begin finding buyers
for your home.
Put your home in the regional
MLS (Multiple Listing Service) system so
all Realtors ® in the greater Reno/Sparks/Lake
Tahoe areas can bring buyers to your home.
Put your home on Dickson Realty
weekly “Tour of Homes”.
Feature your home in Dickson
Realty's weekly television program.
Provide advertising in the
following publications:
▫ Dickson Realty's weekly Saturday
Homefinder section in the RGJ until it is
sold.
▫ A quarter-page ad in the monthly
Homes & Land publication featuring your
property until it is sold.
Provide Advertising in the
following other medias:
▫ A virtual tour that will be accessible
through my website SamanthaReveley.com,
MLS, Realtor.com and Dickson Realty's website.
Have your home as the “Featured
Property” on my website, SamanthaReveley.com.
Hold Open Houses, on your approval.
Send out a “Just Listed” postcard
to homes in your neighborhood, as well as,
my monthly mailing list of over 500.
Send you weekly progress reports
with the following information:
▫ Feedback from any showings.
▫ Feedback from Dickson agents who
have seen your home on tour or previewing.
▫ Any recommendations to improve your
homes marketability.
Present any and all offer on your home in a prompt and timely manner.
Once in Escrow with a qualified Buyer:
▫ Be in constant contact with the Buyers Agent as to their progress on the purchase of your home.
▫ Attend all inspections, appraisals and any other in-house needs.
▫ Ensure all time frames of the contract are met accordingly.
▫ Update you weekly as to the progress of the escrow.
▫ Provide names of qualified handymen, movers, inspectors and any other professionals you might need.
Be available at your closing to answer any questions you or the new buyers might have.
Coordinate the exchange of keys, garage door openers and move in-out times with the new buyers of your home.
